Therapy With Purpose
I am a board-certified and licensed clinical psychologist who helps adults better understand what is driving the stress, patterns, emotions, and challenges they have been struggling with—and, more importantly, what can actually help.
My clinical background includes extensive experience within large, complex healthcare systems, where I have worked with adults across a broad range of mental health needs. My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, trauma and trauma-related concerns, severe mental illness, personality disorders, chronic stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. This breadth of experience has shaped my ability to understand both everyday challenges and more complex, longstanding patterns of emotional and psychological distress.
Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns they cannot fully explain, or unsure of how to move forward. One of my priorities early in treatment is helping clients make sense of their experiences in a way that feels clear and manageable. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and active. I strive to create an environment where clients can be honest and vulnerable without fear of criticism or shame.
While I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), treatment is tailored to each person’s needs, goals, experiences, and strengths. I believe therapy should be more than a place to talk. It should help you understand yourself more clearly, develop practical ways of responding to challenges, and begin making changes that are meaningful in your everyday life.
I currently provide online therapy via telehealth to clients in states participating in PSYPACT. This allows eligible clients across numerous states and jurisdictions to access services regardless of their location.
